Hey beautiful! Curated Bead Box, a division of DollarBead.com, sent me their latest monthly DIY jewelry making box to share with you. For only $20/mo shipped (US Only), you are guaranteed to receive 10-12 items, including: 8 strings of glass or stone beads, bags of seed beads, polymer clay, or lampwork beads, metal charms/pendants, and a findings starter kit.
Inside the Curated Bead Box
In full disclosure, this box is not one that I sign up for to meet my specific beading needs, outside of being able to share the contents with you all; however, I really appreciate the unique color combinations which are put together each month. Every box contains a combination of colors unique from the boxes before it, and it’s a great way to build up a stash of a variety of basic glass rounds in an array of colors. This is also a perfect subscription for younger and newer beaders alike, especially because of the types of materials and inclusion of the findings starter kits.
This month’s Curated Bead Box theme is Spring in Bloom. The colors are pink, green, purple, and gold.
Recent Curated Bead Box Themes
February 2023: Love Is… (pink, gold)
January 2023: Mythical Mermaid (blue, aqua, silver)
November 2022: Midnight Garden (dark blue, pink)
September 2022: Party Time (rainbow)
July 2022: Coral Reef (turquoise coral)
May 2022: Jacaranda Tree (purple, blue)
My thoughts: I would especially recommend this box for newer beaders who are interested in learning basic stringing. If you know someone who would like to start learning how to make beaded jewelry, I think this box would also make a great gift. Each box contains items in a coordinating, curated color palette, and comes with basic stringing materials and findings, so you have just about everything you need to get started.
Style: Bead-stringers who primarily want basic round shapes.

*Curated Bead Box sent me a complimentary box in order to facilitate this video review, and I was also paid for my time spent creating this video. However, the thoughts and opinions I have expressed are 100% my own, and I would not recommend a product that I am not personally satisfied with.
