✿ Hey beautiful! In today’s video I share some of the DIY bead and jewelry making products that I picked up from Beebeecraft. Each month I share a selection of products, so you can check them out up close, and in detail. Beebeecraft has a huge variety of jewelry making supplies, including gemstone and glass beads, findings, chain, wire, and various beading tools.
Products Featured in the Video:
This is HEAVY DUTY bead stringing wire! The 1mm thickness will not fit most delicate glass and gemstone beads, but will be a good option for larger hole beads, and heavier items. This product is even advertised for use in wind-chimes! If using for jewelry-making, I would suggest using the larger size Wire Guards (2mm hole) with this item.
The size of this wire is more my speed, at 0.5mm thickness. The color is what I would describe as an antique gold. At the time of the video, this product comes in the following colors: black, white, and coconut brown. A silver tone is not listed as an option, at this time, but perhaps there will be something available in the future.
Since I have been receiving a number of 6mm Czech glass cubes in recent monthly bead boxes, this size/shape has been on my radar. My Crystal Cube Tennis Bracelet and Crystal Cube Tennis Necklace tutorials are great for the 4mm size cubes, but I am interested in coming up with something new, which utilizes the larger 6mm size. Having this container of crystal cubes on hand will provide some additional design options.
30 29 Colorful slices of agate came in my 1000g mix (sadly, one was broken). This was a monthly splurge for me; something I’ve had my eye on, and was really curious to see in person. The overall mix of colors and shapes was very good. I personally would have been very happy to see some red added to the mix, as well as a few more neutrals – white/tan, but I can’t complain about the number of agate slices for the price! The breakdown per pendant comes to approximately $1.77 each. Not too shabby! Too see the actual slices I received, you’ll have to watch the video. 😉😉
