Finished Jewelry Update January 2021
Welcome!
Hey beautiful! Today I am excited to bring you an up close look at my latest beaded jewelry creations. It’s my hope that these pieces spark your own inspiration and imagination. Isn’t it fun to see pieces go from random bags of beads and findings to gorgeous finished jewelry?! Please check out the video above to get a full look at the latest pieces, and detailed design info. All beads, including the stunning hand-carved rose gold pendant, are from the January 2021 Bargain Bead Box subscription. To create this piece, I cut out the inside of the round filigree finding, and clipped off one of the connection loops. Then, I inserted the carved stone pendant, and wrapped around it, attaching it to the remaining filigree on the frame. Through much trial and error, I am finally happy with the unique result of this pendant necklace set. Coordinating earrings contain the carved rose quartz beads, and the brighter, frosted and dyed quartz rounds.
All beads, except the “sweet blush” Toho Japanese seed beads, are from the January 2021 Bargain Bead Box monthly subscription. This necklace design has a foundation of the right angle weave (RAW) beading stitch, and is embellished on either side, and on the top, with coordinating smaller crystals, seed beads, and bicones. Stay tuned for the video tutorial, which will be coming out very soon, and you will be able to make one for yourself!Â
Practically all of the products used to create this pendant necklace (and the four other colorways) came from Beebeecraft. The products include: horse eye agate pendant, MGB seed beads, 4mm agate beads, antique silver pendant frame, and organza/waxed cotton cord necklace.
